無農薬南高梅が今年も入荷！
作り方＋材料が揃った特別キット　　　

毎年待ちわびている方も多い、カモシカの梅干しキット。
1キロの梅干しをつくれます。
こちらのキットの梅は、和歌山の無農薬の南高梅。
かなり貴重かも♪

～無農薬南高梅の生産者・一岡さんを訪ねて～
カモシカの梅干しキットの梅は、和歌山県田辺の梅農家、一岡さんが育てた南高梅。
ブランド品種として知られる南高梅ですが、無農薬栽培のものは市場でも数％ほどだそうです。
天候の影響を受けやすく、繊細で傷つきやすい南高梅。今年は4月に降った雹の影響で、例年に比べて生産量に限りがあり、また例年よりキズなどが多い可能性がございます。予めご了承の上ご購入をご検討いただければと思います。

【容器について】
梅の2～3倍の重石が必要となるため、今回のキットの場合、蓋を閉めて重石をするなら4L以上の容器、あるいは2L瓶×2つがおすすめです（写真最後）。
