そんな、昨年大人気だったおかず味噌を、今年も期間限定で販売♪

カモシカ自家製切り干し大根を使った、ピリ辛仕立てのおかず味噌。
切り干し大根のパリパリ食感を最大限に活かし、カモシカ自家製熟成味噌と合わせて仕上げました。

乾燥させることで旨味も増した大根は、生の大根より栄養もグンとアップ。
ふわっと香るシソの香りがポイント。
大根のポリポリ食感と、後から追いかけてくる唐辛子の辛み、
そして、食欲そそる甘辛風味に、ご飯がどんどんすすんでしまうかも♪
