カモシカの看板メニュー「発酵8種定食」の名脇役の一つが、燻製煮卵に添えられた自家製「柚子胡椒」。
季節限定「魚醤ラーメン」や「味噌ラーメン」の薬味としても欠かせない存在です。

脇役ながらもきらりと存在感を放ち、「販売してほしい」とリクエストが多い一品を、数量限定で特別販売いたします。

新鮮な無農薬青唐辛子と、香り豊かな無農薬柚子を使用。
旬の時期に仕込み、じっくり熟成させることで、華やかな香りと熟成による角のとれた柔らかな旨味を楽しめます。

ほんの少し加えるだけで、ぐっと味をひきしめ、香り豊かに。

鍋に、ステーキに、焼き鳥に、お刺身に。
お茶漬けの薬味に添えたり、マヨネーズと和えてみたり、ポテサラの隠し味にしたり。
唐辛子の代わりに、柚子胡椒を使ったマリネやパスタもおすすめです。
