蔵人達の感覚と江戸時代から蔵に棲む菌達で育む滋賀県の醤油蔵でつくられている「丸中醤油」。
世界の数多くのミシュラン星付きレストランでも使用され、2025年には、日本航空（JAL）国際線ファーストクラス全路線にも搭載されました。

一度使いはじめると離れられない美味しさかも♪

■名称　：丸中醸造醤油
■内容量　：720ml
■原材料　：大豆（遺伝子組み換えではない）、小麦、食塩（天日塩）、＊国産の大豆・小麦を使用。
■賞味期限：2年
■保存方法：冷蔵庫ではなく「冷暗所」に保管をおすすめいたします。開封ごとに空気が入らないよう速やかに閉めてください。丸中醤油は急激な温度差を好みませんので、冷蔵庫保管をする場合は、封を開けた時から使い切るまで冷蔵庫(同じ環境の元)で保管ください。
