カモシカ手前味噌の旨味を活かし、韓国産唐辛子で程よくピリ辛に。
米麹で甘味を出し、隠し味に魚の旨味発酵調味料、いしる（いわしの魚醤）を加え、
ゆっくり熟成させることで、マイルドな味わいに仕上げました。

・お肉とコチュジャンを野菜で巻いて
・チャーハンなどの炒め物に
・マグロ、サーモン、イカなどお刺身に絡めて
